Definitely not! The Telmatik call centre is a division of Tootelo Innovation Inc. founded in 1994 in Boucherville, Quebec. Telmatik is located on the South Shore of Montréal, while the LGP Communication branch is located in the heart of Québec City. We do not outsource any calls outside of Quebec or Canada. We offer telephone services to businesses, self-employed workers and organizations, whatever their needs.
